You will get a tracking link by message as soon as your order ships, and you can check the status any time from your account. If anything looks stuck, send us the order number and we will chase it.

Local orders usually arrive the same day or the next. Anything further out is typically two to four days, and the checkout page shows the estimate for your address before you pay.

Return anything unused and in its original packaging within seven days for an exchange or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care and beauty items cannot be taken back.

Message us before it ships and we will change or cancel it at no cost. Once it is out for delivery you can still refuse it at the door, and the refund goes back the way you paid.
